Martyn Jones

Martyn Jones is an experienced professional with significant expertise in investigations and public service. Currently serving as the Director and lead investigator at The Winston Partnership Ltd since January 2015, Martyn has led complex investigations and developed preventative strategies across various sectors, including health and education, while focusing on policies to protect children and vulnerable adults. Additionally, Martyn has been an elected County Councillor at Bridgend County Borough Council since 2012, representing the Borough of Bridgend on the Police Crime Panel. Previously, Martyn held the position of Detective Superintendent at South Wales Police from 1984 to 2011, gaining extensive experience in firearms command and public order command. Martyn holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Police & Police Studies from Portsmouth University.
