Bryan Wallace

Bryan Wallace has extensive experience in investment banking, with their most recent position being Managing Director of Investment Banking at Bridgepoint Investment Banking since October 2020. In this role, they provide capital raising and M&A advisory solutions to clients. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, Bryan served as Managing Director of Investment Banking at Woodbridge International, where they oversaw the firm's M&A efforts and managed transaction strategy and staff development. Before that, they held the position of Director of Investment Banking at Woodbridge International from 2018 to 2020, leading deal teams in marketing, structuring, negotiating, and closing sell-side transactions.

Earlier in their career, Bryan held various roles at Jones International University, including Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2018 and Vice President of Partnerships, Strategy & Corporate Development from 2010 to 2012. Bryan also gained experience at BMO Capital Markets, where they served as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Services & Media Coverage, and as an IB Analyst in the Business Services & Media Group. Bryan began their career as an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions at Putnam Lovell NBF from 2005 to 2006.

Bryan Wallace attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree with a focus on Business Administration, specifically with an emphasis in Finance.
