Laurie Alm

Laurie Alm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and marketing, currently serving as Consulting Vice President of Operations at RealCom Solutions since January 2008, where responsibilities include leading company-wide marketing efforts and overseeing business processes. As the President and founder of Motivated Incentives, LLC, Laurie Alm establishes sales compensation and recognition strategies, providing consulting services for compensation plan analysis and administration. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer Operations and Vice President of Market Management at CenturyTel, as well as Director of Sales and Marketing at Frontier, Director of Revenue Operations at Citizens Communications, and Manager of Financial Planning at Sprint.
