Cassandra Mitchell

Cassandra Mitchell, MS, CRCR, currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Director of Strategic Initiatives & Operations at Yale New Haven Health - Bridgeport Hospital, focusing on key areas such as Length of Stay, Cost Containment, and Physician Relations. Prior to this role, Cassandra held significant positions at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc., where the responsibilities included National VP of Clinical Transformation and National VP of Revenue Cycle Operations. Cassandra's extensive experience also includes serving as Chief Clinical Revenue Cycle Officer at UConn Health and various roles at Yale New Haven Hospital and Bridgeport Hospital, covering financial analysis, revenue cycle operations, compliance, and managed care negotiations.
