Jennifer Mager

Jennifer Mager is an experienced Palliative Care Chaplain currently serving at Bridgeport Hospital since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer was an Associate Chaplain at Huntington Hospital - Northwell Health from July 2021 to August 2022 and completed a Chaplain Residency at Bridgeport Hospital from August 2020 to May 2021. Jennifer's background includes a Palliative Care Chaplain Internship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai from September 2017 to June 2020, as well as serving as a Student Rabbi at Beth Am, The People's Temple and Beth Yehuda Synagogue. Jennifer holds a Rabbinical Ordination and M.A. in Hebrew Literature from Hebrew Union College and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. Additionally, Jennifer attended the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies from 2014 to 2015.
