Arthur Small

Arthur Small has a diverse work experience in various healthcare and management roles. Arthur started their career in 2007 as a Meat Manager at Big Dave's Deli and Meats. In 2009, they became a Senior Staff Member at Camp Palawopec, where they worked until 2014. Arthur then transitioned to the healthcare industry and joined Boston Medical Center as a Project Manager. In 2015, they worked as a Medical Home Analyst at New England Quality Care Alliance (NEQCA) and also as a Project Manager - Quality Improvement at Boston Medical Center. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Medical Home Consultant at Partners HealthCare. Currently, they are employed at Indiana University Health, where they have held several roles including Project Manager - Population Health, Population Health Manager - IUHP Region, and Team Lead - Population Health Management.

Arthur Small earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from DePauw University from 2010 to 2014. Arthur then pursued a Master's Degree in Health Finance and Management at Boston University from 2014 to 2016.
