Nate Lampert

Nate Lampert has a diverse work experience background. Nate currently holds the position of Vice President, People Operations at Bridger Aerospace, where they support front-line firefighters with aerial fire suppression systems. Before that, they served as the Director of People Operations at Figure Technologies, a financial technology company focused on consumer credit products. Prior to their role at Figure, Nate worked as a District Manager at Starbucks, where they developed exceptional store managers and drove growth across multiple stores. Nate also has extensive experience as a United States Marine, serving for 20 years. Additionally, they were a Fellow at The Honor Foundation in 2016.

Nate Lampert completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intelligence Studies from American Military University from 2008 to 2011. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Marine Corps University and earned a graduate degree from the Command and Staff College.
