Vicki Griffin Axtell, PHR

Vicki Griffin Axtell, PHR has a long and varied work experience. Vicki began their career in 2002 as the General Manager/Interim HR Director at Four Season Garden Center, where they designed and implemented reviews based on statistics and performance. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at Trapp Family Lodge as the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Trainer and Retail Manager. From 2011 to 2012, they were the Director of Human Resources at the Vermont League of Cities and Towns. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Human Resources Business Partner at The University of Vermont Medical Center. Since 2015, they have been the Vice President of Human Resources and People at Livingston HealthCare. Most recently, in 2022, they began their role as HR Manager at Bridger Photonics, Inc.

Vicki Griffin Axtell, PHR, received their Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
