Steve Spencer

Steve Spencer has over 40 years of experience in the electrical engineering industry, currently serving as the Director of Safety Health Environment & Quality at Bridges Electrical Engineers Limited since January 2004. Spencer started at Bridges as a Senior Estimator and advanced to a senior role overseeing Health, Safety, and Environmental management as well as staff training. Prior to Bridges, Spencer held the position of Applications Manager at Northavon Pumps & Controls Ltd, focusing on tendering, client relations, and project management. Additional experience includes serving as Applications Manager at Dewey Waters Ltd, where responsibilities included product development for the water industry, and a lengthy tenure at PSI Pumps Ltd, where Spencer progressed through various engineering and management roles. Formal education was completed at Yeovil College from 1976 to 1981.
