Chloe Baier

Chloe Baier has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chloe started their career in 2012 as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Restaurants and worked there until 2014. In 2015, Chloe interned at Michaels Stores, Inc. as a Sales Floor Associate and Kids Club Instructor, and at the Financial Social Work Initiative at the University of Maryland School of Social Work.

In 2016, Chloe joined Toyota Financial Services as an HR Intern and also worked as a Summer Intern. Chloe also served as an MD CASH Community Fellow at Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc.

In 2017, Chloe had an internship at the Department of Citizen Services and became a Mentor at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Chloe then joined Bridges Baltimore as an Elementary/Middle Public Service Fellow and later became the Associate Director of Grants, Brand, and Partnerships. In this role, they managed the grant cycle, developed and implemented consistent branding, and built relationships with key partners.

Recently, Chloe took on the position of Senior Leadership Associate at Bridges Baltimore, where they have been contributing since 2019.

Chloe Baier obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Work from McDaniel College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Chloe also holds additional certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED, Mental Health First Aid, Opioid Overdose Response (Naloxone), and ServSafe, although the specific institutions where they obtained these certifications and the exact dates are not provided.
