Rachel Duden has a diverse work experience. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Lecturer at Assumption University of Thailand. In 2013 and 2014, they were a Graduate Intern at The Coordinating Center, where they implemented a Medicare grant and provided healthcare counseling to patients. In 2014 and 2015, they served as a Graduate Intern at the American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland, conducting education policy research and lobbying. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Program Associate at The Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, focusing on STEM and Out-of-School Time projects. Rachel then progressed to become a Program Officer, responsible for grantmaking in education across the United States and overseeing capital projects. Finally, in 2022, they became the Chief of Staff at Bridges Baltimore.
Rachel Duden completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, they also had a Study Abroad Semester at Assumption University of Thailand. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work from 2013 to 2015.

Bridges Baltimore
Bridges is a rapidly expanding youth-development program that is committed to the long-term success of Baltimore City youth and to providing life-changing opportunities to independent school students. Our program currently serves approximately 500 people per year – 300 Baltimore City youth ages 9-23 and 200 independent school students – through our sites at the St. Paul’s Schools (est. 1993), Gilman School (est. 2014), and the Bryn Mawr School (est. 2022).
