Nicole Wiley is an experienced program manager currently leading the West Haven Prevention Council at Bridges Healthcare, Inc., focusing on substance-free community initiatives. Prior to this role, Nicole served as the Prevention and Leadership Coordinator at Naugatuck Youth Services, where responsibilities included community collaboration, training development, and youth program implementation. As a Mentoring Program Coordinator, Nicole developed a youth/adult mentoring program in Naugatuck. Nicole’s earlier experience includes overseeing the Community Work Study Program at the University of New Haven and providing veterinary assistance at Rhinebeck Equine. With a Master of Public Health from Yale School of Public Health and additional degrees in Community Psychology and Psychology from the University of New Haven and Marist College, Nicole combines educational expertise with practical experience in community health and youth development.
