Thomas Cooper

Thomas Cooper is a highly experienced civil engineer with a strong focus on bridge, aviation, and roadway design, currently serving as the National Technical Director at WSP in Australia since March 2019. In this role, Thomas leads efforts to adapt to market changes and advance digital delivery while promoting environmentally sustainable project practices. Prior positions include Director of Bridges, Maritime and Structures, and Technical Director at WSP USA, where Thomas managed complex bridge projects across the Western U.S. and Canada.
