Paul Caputo

Paul Caputo is the CEO and Founder of BridgeSource Utilities Solutions, a leading staffing and advisory resource for IT specialists in the utility industry across North America, since May 2012. Prior to this role, Paul served as Vice President of Business Development at NCR Solutions, focusing on SAP utilities implementations and business development until May 2012. Earlier experience includes roles as Enterprise Solutions Manager for Signature Consultants, Managing Partner at PCG Capital, Inc., and Managing Partner at Crusader Funds, where Paul secured initial capital and led investment analysis. Paul began a career in finance as an Investment Advisor at Leerink Partners, specializing in healthcare, after earning a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
