Peter Malanchuk

Peter Malanchuk currently serves as Assistant General Counsel, Corporate Compliance, and previously held the position of Senior Counsel, Labor and Employment at Bridgestone Americas since November 2017. Prior to that, Malanchuk worked as Employment Counsel for Community Health Systems from January 2015 to October 2017, providing legal support in employment matters for approximately 90 client hospitals across 20 states. Malanchuk's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP, where the focus was on defending employers in labor and employment matters, and as a Federal Law Clerk for the United States District Court. Malanchuk began a professional career as an Elementary School Teacher with Teach for America from August 2002 to May 2005. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History and Political Science from Kenyon College.
