Previously, Melinda held the role of Plant Manager and Managing Director at Alcoa Forgings & Extrusions, managing a €25 million business unit, and served as Managing Director at Precision Castparts, leading a $9 million business unit with full P&L responsibility. Melinda's educational background includes a Master's in Business Law from the University of Pecs, an MSc in Economic Scientific Certification, and a General Management Programme from the Cranfield School of Management.
