Paolo Giordano

Paolo Giordano is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the tire manufacturing industry, currently serving as Head of Design and System Quality at Bridgestone EMIA since May 2001. In this role, Paolo manages the Design Quality function and oversees tire certification activities, ensuring compliance with quality management standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Previous positions include Head of PMO and Management Systems at BSEMIA QEHS and various managerial roles focused on quality assurance, tire certification, and product evaluation. Paolo began their career at the International Flame Research Foundation as a researcher after earning an Aeronautical Engineering degree from Sapienza Università di Roma.
