Poorya Chavoshnejad

Poorya Chavoshnejad is a Senior Applied Researcher at Bridgestone Americas since August 2023. Prior to this role, Poorya served as a Biomechanics Researcher at Binghamton University from August 2018 to August 2023, where extensive biomechanical analysis of the human brain was conducted, employing techniques such as ABAQUS, Python, and NumPY. As a Ph.D. candidate in Mechanical Engineering at Binghamton University, Poorya's academic journey includes a Master's degree from the University of Tehran, completed in 2016. Previous experience also includes a position as a Junior Design and Manufacturing Engineer at Mapfan Research Institute and serving as an Orthopedics Biomechanics Researcher at the University of Tehran, demonstrating a strong background in biomechanics and engineering design.
