Josh Jack has extensive experience in operations and guest relations management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Guest Experience Manager at BridgeStreet since February 2015. Previously, Josh held the position of Operations Manager at BridgeStreet Global Hospitality from October 2016 to October 2018. Before this, a significant tenure at Paramount Pictures lasted from 1999 to 2013, where Josh progressed from Assistant to Supervisor and ultimately Manager of Guest Relations. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Indiana University South Bend.
