Karel Pramono is currently the Manager - Technical Services at Freeport Indonesia, leading a team to provide technical support for optimizing mineral processing. Previously, at PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara, Karel was the Sr Manager - Process Operations, and at Freeport Indonesia, Karel held roles such as Manager - Mill Operations and General Superintendent - Metallurgical Services. With a background in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Karel has extensive experience in optimizing flotation circuit performance and delivering production reconciliation for mineral processing plants. Karel also holds an MBA from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
