Jillian Eisenberg

Jillian Eisenberg is an experienced professional in the fields of culture, talent management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as Manager of Culture and Talent at Bridgewater Associates since August 2019. Jillian has held various roles at Bridgewater, including Manager of Talent and DEI, Senior Associate of DEI, Associate of Corporate Social Responsibility, and Project Manager. Prior to this, Jillian was a Corps Member at Teach For America from June 2017 to August 2019 and completed a Child Life Volunteer experience at The Mount Sinai Hospital in June 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Design with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education. Additionally, Jillian has studied at Tel Aviv University and is an alumna of Horace Mann School.
