Lou Terlizzi

Lou joined Bridgewater in December 2010 and is currently the Head of Operations, Back Office, and is also a member of the Operating Committee. His responsibilities include the day-to-day running of Fund Administration, Custody, Middle and Back Office services, transition of the support model from in-house to outsourced, and implementation of Bridgewater's "tri-party" operating model, in addition to overseeing Fund Tax and Fund Audit.

Lou came to Bridgewater with 25+ years of experience in Financial Services Operations. Prior to joining Bridgewater, he spent five years as COO for Sandelman Partners. Over the course of his career, Lou worked for Bank of America as Chief Operations Officer and Global Head of Equity Operations at Deutsche Bank as Global Head of Derivative Operations, and Salomon Brothers in the same capacity. Lou has also served on several ISDA Committees throughout his career. He graduated with a BS and an MBA from Lehigh University.
