Eileen O'Sullivan

Eileen O'Sullivan has a strong background in web communications and technology leadership. Eileen started their career as a Multimedia Specialist at Raytheon in 1996 before transitioning to become a Web Designer at Giga Information Group in 2000. Eileen then joined Bridgewater State College in 2002 as a Web Developer and later took on the role of Acting Director of Web Services. In 2009, Eileen became the Director of Web Services at Bridgewater State University, where they provided strategic planning and technology leadership for web-related technologies. Eileen then progressed to the role of Director of Web Communications, overseeing the development of the university's primary website. Eileen's extensive experience in web communications and technology leadership makes their a valuable asset to any organization.

Eileen O'Sullivan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multidisciplinary Studies (Photography, Journalism) from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in the years 1989 to 1993. Eileen then pursued a Master of Education degree in Instructional Technology from Bridgewater State University between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, Eileen O'Sullivan has obtained various certifications, including UX Deep Dive: Mapping and Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn, HERS Wellesley Leadership Institute from HERS, and the Educause Institute Management Program from EDUCAUSE. Eileen also holds the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN.
