Wing-Kai To

Wing-kai To has over two decades of experience in academia, currently serving as the Assistant Provost for Global Engagement and Professor of History at Bridgewater State University, where various roles include Coordinator of Asian Studies and Academic Director of the Dr. Edward W. Minnock Center for International Engagement. Previous experience includes working as an Associate in Research at Harvard University's Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies, engaging in multiple visiting scholar roles across institutions such as Kyungpook National University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Kansai University. Wing-kai To has also held positions at the University of Massachusetts Boston, University of Hawaii at Manoa, Carleton College, and the University of California, Santa Cruz. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in History from the University of California, Davis, and both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in History from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
