Susan Mercado serves as the Executive Assistant to the COO at Bridgeway Rehabilitation Services since April 2011, managing electronic health records, project timelines, and various operational tasks to enhance organizational efficiency. In addition to overseeing company-wide initiatives and grant programs, Susan has contributed to security management, training, and financial oversight. As Co-Owner of Hunterdon Basketball Academy since April 2018, Susan manages finances and vendor relationships for the nonprofit. Previous experience includes working as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Coldwell Banker and holding dual roles as a Paralegal and Executive Assistant at Pinnacle Communities Ltd., where Susan developed sales reports, managed billing, and coordinated client interactions. Susan holds an Associate of Arts degree from Raritan Valley Community College and attended Rutgers University - Newark from 1994 to 1996.
