Allison Davies

Allison Davies has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Allison is currently working as the Manager of Implementation and Support at Bridgeway Benefit Technologies since October 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Innovative Software Solutions Inc (ISSI), including Manager of Installation and Support, Client Service Supervisor, Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Client Service Representative. Allison worked at ISSI from 2014 to the present. Before joining ISSI, Allison worked at CoreLogic as a Project Underwriter/Trainer from 2011 to 2014, where they underwrote condominium associations for project eligibility and conducted staff training. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at United Retirement Plan Consultants as a Trust Accountant/General Office Support, handling trust asset reconciliation and office support projects. Allison also has experience in the field of education, having worked as an Autism Support Trainer at the Educational Services Unit of the Burlington County Special Services School District from 2006 to 2011. In this role, they provided individualized support to students with Autism, focusing on their educational and behavioral needs.

Allison Davies began their education at Rowan College at Burlington County, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Education from 2005 to 2007. Allison then continued their studies at Binghamton University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Mathematics Adolescence Education at Binghamton University from 2009 to 2011. Allison has also obtained additional certifications including the New Jersey Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing: Teacher of Mathematics and the New York State Initial Teacher Certification: Mathematics, Grades 7-12.
