Dr. Michelle Frankich

Dr. Michelle Frankich serves as the Senior Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Bridgeway Benefit Technologies since August 2023, focusing on new employee onboarding, training for internal employees and external customers, LMS administration, and leadership training. Dr. Frankich has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tampa since August 2010, teaching a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses on technology in education and instructional design. Previous roles include Senior Director of Learning & Development at Pinnacle Fertility, Inc., and Director of Training and Development at GHX and Syft Corp, where responsibilities included developing training platforms, streamlining onboarding processes, and managing instructional design teams. Dr. Frankich holds a Doctorate in Distance Learning and Instructional Technology from Nova Southeastern University, along with a Master’s degree and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of South Florida.
