Heather Johnson

Heather Johnson is an experienced professional in church leadership and education, currently serving as the Missional Communities Coordinator at Bridgeway Christian Church since January 2014, where responsibilities include contributing to the discipleship strategy and working alongside the Director of Discipleship. Previously, Heather held the position of Assistant Director of Soul Care, focusing on volunteer recruitment and care ministry development. Prior roles include Recruiting Assistant at William Jessup University and Director of Education at Counseling & Education Services, where Heather successfully grew the business's revenue. A background in life coaching and fund development at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA complements extensive experience in mentoring and leadership. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Organizational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Certificate in Life Coaching from Western Seminary, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Government Journalism from California State University-Sacramento.
