Andrea Duffield

Andrea Duffield has over 25 years of experience in various leadership positions within the healthcare industry. Andrea started their career as a Speech Language Pathologist at SunDance Healthcare in 1994, and later joined Evergreen Healthcare in 2000 as a rehabilitation manager. Andrea was promoted multiple times, eventually becoming the Northern Divisional Manager, overseeing operations in multiple states. In 2007, they transitioned to MOSAIC Rehabilitation Inc. as the Chief Executive Officer, where they served until 2019. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Bridgeways Everett. In 2019, they also worked as a Principal at Pinwheel Consultants.

Andrea Duffield has a diverse education history. Andrea completed their B.Sc.Ed in Speech Language Pathology & Elementary Education at Minot State University from 1988 to 1991. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Speech Language Pathology at Western Washington University from 1992 to 1994. Later, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Alongside their formal education, Andrea has also obtained certifications in Coaching in the Moment from Cylient and as a Certified Crucial Conversations Trainer from VitalSmarts.
