Erik Langhoff, MBA, has extensive experience in fundraising and community engagement. Erik is currently serving as the Chief Development & Marketing Officer at Bridgewell, where they lead fund development, communications, and marketing efforts. Prior to this role, they held various positions at the American Cancer Society, Inc., including Regional Director, Hope Lodge Operations, Office of the COO, where they directed the operations of eight Hope Lodge communities. Erik also served as a Senior Director of Development, Division Vice President, and Director of Development, leading fundraising and community engagement efforts in different regions. Erik has a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building alliances with corporate and healthcare partners to increase engagement and revenue.
Erik Langhoff, MBA, has a well-rounded education history. In 2002, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Winona State University, with a double major in Organizational Communication and Mass Communication-Public Relations. In 2010, they pursued further education in the field of Nonprofit Management & Leadership, earning a Graduate Certificate from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. The following year, they enrolled at Boston University once again, obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Professional Fundraising. In 2015, they further expanded their knowledge by completing a Graduate Certificate in Foundations of Business from the Manning School of Business at UMass Lowell. Recently, Erik completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst in 2019.
