Niovi G. has a wealth of experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Chief Human Resources Officer at Bridgewell. Prior to that, they worked at Recovery Centers of America as a Regional Director of HRBP Services and a Human Resources Business Partner. Niovi also held the position of Human Resources Director at Franciscan Children's and UHS. Niovi's earlier experience includes working as a Global Talent & Capability Development Partner at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where they provided strategic support and consultation for training, talent development, and process planning for multiple countries. Niovi also served as a Training, Development & Recruitment Specialist and an HR Generalist during their time at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where they were involved in workforce planning, change management, and implementation of HR programs.

Niovi G. completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens between 2000 and 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the Alba Graduate Business School from 2005 to 2006. In December 2009, they obtained a Certification in Training Practices from the CIPD.
