Zamira Kurshumi

Zamira Kurshumi has extensive experience in payroll and accounting, currently serving as Payroll Manager at Bridgewell since 1997, where responsibilities include directing a multi-site payroll department and interpreting relevant policies and regulations. Previously, Zamira worked as a Payroll Coordinator at Bridgewell, handling new hire data and manual check preparation. Before joining Bridgewell, Zamira was a General Accountant at Banesa Construction Company from 1984 to 1993, focusing on general ledger analysis and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable. Academically, Zamira holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the State University of Tirana, with additional educational experiences at ADP, Curry College, Northeastern University, and Salem State University.
