Ruqayyah Valencia-Dacosta

Ruqayyah Valencia-Dacosta is the founder of Qaya Network, a personal branding agency established in May 2023 that assists founders and solopreneurs in enhancing their LinkedIn presence and producing impactful content. Currently serving as a youth mentor at Bridging Barriers since February 2024, Ruqayyah has previously worked as a freelance life coach at RVD Life Coaching from April 2020 to June 2023, where professional women were guided in discovering their purpose and managing burnout. With a solid background in nursing, Ruqayyah held positions as a senior staff nurse at Al Jalila Children's Specialty Hospital and as a staff registered nurse at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Birmingham City University and diplomas in professional coaching from Full Circle.
