Bridging MN
Diana Dalsin is currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Bridging MN, where Diana has been since July 2004. Prior to this, Diana worked as a Child Care Specialist at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities from July 2000 to November 2003. Before that, Diana was the Owner and Director of Dalsin Family Child Care in Bloomington from August 1997 to June 2000. Diana graduated from Marquette University in 1993 with a BA in Sociology, Family Studies, and English. Diana also participated in the Leadership Twin Cities program at the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce in 2005-2006.
Bridging MN
Bridging, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization primarily serving the Twin Cities, provides donated furniture and household goods to families and individuals transitioning out of homelessness and poverty. Bridging gives hope – and for many – a leap toward stability for the first time. With locations in Roseville and Bloomington, Bridging is driven by volunteers and donations of basic home essential items from the community. Since 1987, Bridging has served 100,000 households (more than 300,000 individuals), and reduces landfill space by 11 million pounds each year.
