Linda Parker Pennington

Linda Parker Pennington is the Founder and CEO of Parker Pennington Enterprises, LLC, specializing in talent management, business strategy, and organizational development since February 2004. In addition to this role, Pennington serves as a Facilitator and Executive Coach for the Interpersonal Dynamics Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business since 1983 and as an Advisor at Bridgit, focusing on team formation and investor engagement. Previous roles include Program Manager for Black Modern Elder Week at Modern Elder Academy, Interim Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Western Digital, and various advisory positions with VC Taskforce, soulofamerica.com, and Pixiboard. Pennington holds an MBA in International Business and Organization Development from Stanford University and a BS in Business Administration and Organizational Behavior from Boston University.
