Amira Boutouchent has a diverse and extensive work experience. Amira is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of BRIDGR, a SaaS platform that empowers consultants with cutting-edge technology and AI capabilities to optimize operations and boost productivity for consulting firms and organizations. Amira also serves as a Lecturer at Université de Sherbrooke, a Board member at Startup Montréal, CDCA - Conseil de Développement Canada Algérie, and ADRIQ-RCTi, where they contribute to accelerating the growth and outreach of startups and supports technological innovation.
In the past, Amira worked as a Research Assistant at the Chaire de Management Stratégique Walter J. Somers - HEC Montréal, where they collaborated on projects related to dynamic companies in Algeria. Amira was also a Founder at Founder Institute, a program that offers comprehensive company-building curriculum and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs. Additionally, they were involved in volunteering activities as a member of the Rotaract Network and gained experience as an Intern at ColorJar, a company that provides creative strategy services.
Furthermore, Amira has a background in organizing TEDx events, as they were the Licensee and Lead for the 2011 Edition and involved in organizing the second edition of TEDxAlger. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in entrepreneurship, technology, innovation, and community engagement.
Amira Boutouchent pursued their education in a chronological manner as follows: from 2007 to 2012, they attended Ecole Supérieure d'informatique (ESI) where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer systems. Subsequently, in the years 2012 to 2014, they enrolled in HEC Montréal where they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
