Rich Wasek

Rich Wasek started working as a Full Stack Software Developer - Student at Skill Distillery from March 2020 to July 2020. In this role, they designed and implemented full stack Java EE projects using the Spring Framework, implemented the MVC design pattern in Spring Boot/Spring MVC, and built Spring Boot RESTful microservices. Rich then joined REI in August 2014 as a Sales Lead, and continues to work there to the present. Recently, in January 2021, they also started working as a Software Engineer at Briebug.

Rich Wasek obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick in the years 2008 to 2013. In 2020, they attended Skill Distillery and completed a program in Full Stack Development, focusing on Java, MySQL, Javascript, Angular, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
