Joel James

Joel James, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management, design, and construction. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Brierley Associates Corporation since June 2019, Joel has previously worked as a Tunnel Designer for COWI North America and held roles at ILF Consulting Engineers, Ridgepoint Consulting, Ralph L Wadsworth Construction Company, and Pro-Grade Contracting, Inc., among others. Joel’s diverse background includes expertise in civil engineering, excavation, structural concrete design, project coordination, and site inspections. Joel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming and has held positions ranging from project estimator to superintendent throughout a career that began in 2005.
