Melissa Rach

Melissa Rach, MBA, currently serves as the Customer Experience Manager at Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. since July 2022, and has also held the title of Logistics Manager at the same company. Prior to this role, Melissa was the International Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager at MANITOU Group from March 2022 to July 2022. Melissa's experience includes over eight years at Kohler Co., where responsibilities included serving as the Manager of Import & Export Operations, as well as a previous position as Program Manager at Jones Sign Co., Inc. from January 2011 to June 2013. Melissa Rach holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Supply Chain from Lakeland University.
