Benjamin Janiaud

Benjamin Janiaud possesses extensive experience in management and human resources within emergency services, particularly with the Brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris since 2002. Currently serving as Adjoint au chef de groupe Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois des Effectifs et des Compétences, responsibilities include supporting strategic planning and analysis of workforce needs, developing HR reporting tools, and proposing action plans for personnel development. Benjamin has also held various roles focusing on motorcycle operations, human resources management, and training oversight.
