Johari Sheared has extensive experience in customer service and sales across multiple industries. Currently, as a Business Development Representative at Briggs Auto Group since March 2017, Johari manages online vehicle inquiries and schedules appointments for potential buyers. Previous roles include Customer Service Representative at Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC, where Johari handled inquiries about home security systems, and Sales Representative at Combined Insurance Services, Inc., focusing on life insurance and health supplemental products. Prior experience also includes positions in retail management and sales at Freedom Wireless and Target Mobile, as well as a Realtor role at Matlock Johnson Real Estate. Johari began a career in customer service at Alltel Wireless, addressing billing questions and selling products over the phone. Academic qualifications include a high school diploma from Dunbar Vocational High School.
