Bryan Lake

Bryan Lake is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nonprofit management, education, and the entertainment industry. Currently serving as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Brigham Young University - Idaho, Bryan teaches BUS 374 - Social Innovation, focusing on social innovation and corporate social responsibility. As the Executive Director of Family Promise of Orange County, Bryan significantly expanded the organization’s outreach, increasing the number of families served from 3 to 75. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer at the Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley, Bryan managed operations, finances, and programs, while also achieving a 13% increase in club membership during a critical leadership transition. The early career includes various roles in the entertainment sector, including managing projects and production coordination at esteemed companies such as Walt Disney Pictures and Steven Spielberg. Bryan holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film from Brigham Young University, and has completed a professional program in screenwriting at UCLA.
