Chris Herbig has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Chris started in 2010 as a Technology Consulting Analyst at Accenture and then transitioned to the role of a Technology Consultant from September 2012 to March 2015. In December 2017, they became the Innovation and Product Manager Practice Lead at Accenture. In 2019, they took on multiple roles at Accenture, including Senior Manager - Program Manager - Global Hardware and Software Transformation (Financial Services), where they led a team of 40 in a multi-million dollar program for a Fortune 500 global bank. Additionally, they served as a Digital Transformation Lead and Product Manager, leading the development and implementation of a new product for a regional bank's commercial line of business. Currently, Chris Herbig is the VP Customer Success at BrightAI, where they work on bringing new digital products to life in legacy service industries, leveraging AI and IoT to gather untapped business value. Chris leads cross-functional teams of engineers, marketing, and product in creating cutting-edge hardware and software. Chris also collaborates with C-suite executives to define business cases for new technologies.

Chris Herbig attended The Ohio State University: Fisher College of Business from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a B.S degree in Business Administration with a focus on accounting and finance.
