Kathleen Tozzi serves as the Director of Experience & Marketing for Bright Beauty Collective, focusing on innovative event marketing in the sustainable beauty sector. Since April 2016, Kathleen has worked as a Business Development Consultant for Spark Spoon, LLC, aiding businesses and non-profits in enhancing their marketing strategies. Currently overseeing national sales for True Chesapeake Oyster Co., Kathleen has held various leadership positions, including Director of Business Development for the oyster farm and restaurant group. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Terra Nova Ventures, Founder of The Fancy Schmancy Co., and Adjunct Instructor at The Art Institute of Charleston. Kathleen's extensive experience at Whole Foods Market spanned numerous leadership roles, including Associate Coordinator and Store Team Leader, enhancing operational standards and team performance. Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida and degrees in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management and Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
