Annie Mackenzie has extensive experience in the food industry, starting from being a Bakery Assistant at Archers Bakers and Confectioners to their current role as a Lead Technologist at BBF Limited. BBF has six bakeries, five across the North of England and one in Poland, employing over 2,000 people. Our expert NPD and innovation teams enable us to develop, distribute and launch market leading cakes and desserts, while keeping the consumer at the heart of everything we do.
