Michelle Marinas

Michelle Marinas has held a variety of roles in their career, starting in 2013 as a Sr. Staffing Specialist for Manpower. In 2016, they became a Career Counseling Intern at San Jose State University, where they collaborated with career consultants and administration on outreach methods, program and event development, and coaching techniques. In 2017, they joined Bright Funds as their Head of Customer Support, where they were able to work alongside the Executive team and learn a variety of responsibilities across multiple teams. In 2019, they joined Rainforest QA as their Office Manager. Throughout their career, Michelle has focused on employee happiness and experience, building personal and unique relationships with clients and associates, and helping students of various backgrounds work towards their ideal career paths.

Michelle Marinas earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from California State University, Fresno in 2012. Michelle then continued their education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from San Jose State University in 2017.
