Emily Lombardi

Emily Lombardi serves as AVP of Enterprise Strategy and Communications at NeueHealth since August 2021, having held various strategic roles there, including Principal and Lead in Business Line Strategy. Prior to this, Emily was Director of Strategic Initiatives at UnitedHealthcare, where significant achievements included leading a Medicaid growth strategy resulting in a 3% membership increase and launching Medicare's first digital product that generated over 65,000 new sales targets. Emily holds an MBA with a focus on Healthcare Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in French and History from Bowdoin College. Previous experience includes consultancy projects and communications roles at Edelman, supporting major healthcare and commercial clients.
