Jennifer Small

Jennifer Small is an accomplished professional in the credit union industry, currently serving as AVP Retail Growth & Strategy at Rivermark Community Credit Union since June 2021, where strategic initiatives and cross-functional change management efforts are led to enhance retail operations. Previously, as Regional Director, strategic growth plans were formulated and collaborative development with Member Experience leaders was prioritized. Jennifer's experience also includes a role as SVP Branch Manager at Lighthouse Community Credit Union, focused on supporting underserved populations, and various positions at Columbia Credit Union, ranging from Trainer II to Financial Service Representative. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Washington University.
