Scott Peters has a diverse work experience that spans over 17 years. Scott started their career as a Medical Technologist at Mayo Clinic in 2005 and worked there until 2007. Scott then joined Mercer as an Analyst from 2007 to 2010. After that, Scott joined Deloitte Consulting and held various positions, including Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager from 2010 to 2019. Scott then transitioned to Bright Health in 2019 and held roles with increasing responsibilities, starting as Director of Analytics & Reporting, then being promoted to AVP, and currently serving as the VP of Analytics & Reporting.
