Tyler Sarjeant

Tyler Sarjeant is an experienced design technology and operations manager currently serving as the Sr. Design Technology & Operations Manager and Design System Manager at NeueHealth since April 2022. In this role, Tyler has successfully led the development of a scalable multi-theme design system in Figma, enhancing the flexibility of design teams across five brands. Previously, Tyler held positions as a Design Technologist and Design Systems Lead at Bright Health, focusing on creating systems for design and engineering team integration. Additionally, Tyler has operated a design and development business since June 2011, specializing in web design, UI/UX, and front-end development. Past experience includes roles at New Era Portfolio as a Lead Full Stack Designer and as a Design Consultant for Murray Brand Communications. Tyler earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design and New Media from the Academy of Art University.
